Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately if something's wrong.

Non-Defective Returns

As a made-to-order shop, we're unable to accept returns for wrong size, changed mind, or color preference. Please check our size chart before ordering — our support team is happy to help you pick a size first.

How to Start a Return or Replacement

Email rt@yourcreativemindlab.com with your order number and a photo (for damaged or misprinted items). We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
