Processing Time
Every item is printed to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships. During major trend spikes or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — we'll flag it storewide if so.
Shipping
Standard shipping (3–5 business days): $7.95 flat rate to the contiguous United States, $13.99 flat rate to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We currently ship within the United States only.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately if something's wrong.
Non-Defective Returns
As a made-to-order shop, we're unable to accept returns for wrong size, changed mind, or color preference. Double-check the size chart before ordering — our support team is happy to help you pick a size first.
